In Oct, 2011, SINOTINT successfully introduced innovative mixing machine (“separated small motor” patented technology) for auto refinish that worldwide originally developed by us. With superior quality and cost performance, the mixing machines were highly appraised by customers. Besides, we developed LA100 series universal mixing lids which can fit all automotive paint brands and waterborne automotive paint.
In April, 2012, production lines of mixing machines and mixing lids were in normal operation, with annual production capacity of 8000sets of mixing machines and 800,000 sets of mixing lids. Meanwhile, we started exportation to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa and other markets.
In October, 2012, SINOTINT's MA Series mixing machine was approved with CE Certification, which means our products officially enter the European market.
In December, 2012, SINOTINT successfully developed the universally used LC Series mixing lids with 6 kinds of cans-fixed mode which can fit all brands of automotive mixing machine, automotive paints, and automotive waterborne paint.
In March 2013, SINOTINT set up offices in Beijing and Guangzhou, in all capital cities of the country we set up agents and service outlets, which service our customers more efficiently.
In April 2013, SINOTINT was approved with the ISO9001 quality system certification, and the locating way of the mixing machine was awarded the country patent.
In March 2014, SINOTINT participated in the 2014 AMR Beijing -AUTO MAINTENANCE & REPAIR EXPO, the heating cabinet of waterborne paint obtained the Show Organizers Recommended Product Award, and smoothly passed the rigorous testing by AKZO NOBLE.
In June 2014, SINOTINT launched MK Series paint mixing machine and MC Series mobile square mixing machine, and obtained two national patents. By introduced MK Series mixing machine, we became the world's first company who owns both separated small motor and the large power motor mixing system, which made the configuration of the paint cans more flexible and gave our customers a new and more convenient experience.
Once changes have been made, a solution emerges. In the future, we will respond to the changing market demands, mixing machine with small number of heads for the tinting shop and repair shop, and mixing machine with large number of heads for 4S shop will burst into excellence as well as the ancillary products.
